Inversions are foundational to every aerial apparatus. And they are also often one of the biggest challenges for aerialists-in-training!
Join us for this 4-week inversion clinic to pinpoint your areas for improvement, focus on drills to improve or get your inversions, and build a conditioning program for home and open gym that will help you master your inversions.
Whether you are just starting out with inversions, want to learn how to invert in the air, or are trying to master the elusive straight-arm inversion, this clinic will give you actionable drills and exercises to see improvement.
In addition to the weekly classes, students should plan to spend an additional 20-30 minutes 3-5 times/week at home and/or open gym to see improvement.
