High Expectations does not offer refunds or credits for no-shows. Twenty-four-hour advance notice is required to cancel a group or private lesson.
Memberships renew monthly for the duration of the membership. When you purchase a youth membership, you are committing to paying monthly for the duration of the school year. Cancellations mid-year will not result in a refund or cessation of monthly payments. You will be responsible to pay the remainder of the membership fees for the school year.
Group class cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a lost pass. Cancellations prior to 24 hours will result in a credit to your account that can be used for a future class. For class series, cancellations must occur 48 hours prior to the first class in the series. Refunds or credits will not be issued once the series has begun.
We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged. If you have a recurring private lesson, you must give 48-hour notice if you will not attend your lesson, otherwise, you will be responsible to pay for that lesson.
For summer camps, if you cancel 14+ days before the first day of camp, you can receive a credit/refund minus a $100 administrative processing fee. Cancellations within the 14 days prior to the first day of camp will not be refundable.
One class may be made up per 6-week series. That class must be made up within 2 weeks of the completion of that series. You may make up one missed class by attending another class in or below your current level.
