This series is for both those who want to cross-train for another apparatus or are looking to specialize in straps.
Classes will focus on foundational 2-arm skills such as meathook, nutcracker, planche, skin-the-cat, and flags, as well as introducing spinning, top position, and roll-up preparation.
Requirements: 2-arm inverted straddle on any apparatus and 3 pull-ups (assisted okay)
