Aerial Yoga 101 is designed for all levels of movers who want to build strength, increase flexibility, and discover relaxation techniques while using the sling as support. 

This class requires a minimum of 2 participants. If there are less than 2 participants 12 hours prior to the class time, it will be canceled and any reservations refunded or added as class credit.
