This workshop will cover basic to intermediate mounts/dismounts, poses, spins, transitions, and moves on aerial cube. There will be progressions in moves and variations for aerialists of all levels starting from basic sits, spins, and poses, up through more difficult poses and tricks as well as drops. It is recommended that participants have at least 2-3 months of experience on their primary aerial apparatus prior to taking this workshop.
The workshop will include a 15-minute follow-along warm-up, followed by 1 hour of instruction, and then each participant will have 1-2 minutes to freestyle at the end and take video/photos.

About the Instructor: Crystal Jones (
@the.aerial.crystal on Instagram) is from Columbia, MO and started exploring pole and aerial dance in 2019 when she took her first pole class. She started in pole classes, then discovered lyra, which has led her to exploring so many other aerial apparatuses including her favorite, the aerial cube.
She loves performing and competing and has most recently graced the Vertical Desires, Michelle Mynx Extravaganza, International PoleCon, Dance Filthy USA, Bittersweet Productions, and Aurora STL stages. She holds multiple titles for pole and aerial, and when she is not working on a performance or competition piece you can find her working diligently behind the scenes as the founder and owner of the Aerial Star Organization.
