This 60-minute ground inversion class is designed for beginners and experienced inverters alike. Learn to kick up to and hold your handstand or find your headstand.
Masks are optional at this point.
This class requires a minimum of 2 participants. If there are less than 2 participants 12 hours prior to the class time, it will be canceled and any reservations refunded or added as class credit.
