This 6-week series will focus on advanced beginner sling skills and flowy sequences, and introduce drop technique and beats. Students will continue building on and exploring foundational skills. Conditioning and choreography will also help students build endurance in the air.
Students should have completed 101-level sling classes or have instructor permission.
