Have you ever seen an aerialist amaze and delight an audience when they extend their legs out into a beautiful split? Have you been working on your splits in class or at home and just feel like they are impossible unless you were a dancer as a child?
This 6-week flexibility series will be focused on creating a foundation of active flexibility to create square front splits and active middle splits. This series is for all levels of exercise or movement, while also challenging intermediate or advanced students with attention paid to form and technique. Included in this series are weekly individual check-ins with Damian to address individual cases.
