In this workshop, we will be working on aerial spiral tricks that require fewer points of contact. We will explore combos that come with inverts, leg hangs, and shoulder stands. If you have lyra or upper beginner pole experience, this is the level for you.

This workshop is open to students at level 102 or above or with instructor permission.
