Sling Foundations and Flows 103

This class will focus on intermediate/advanced sling skills and flowy sequences, and explore drops like front dive, double front dive, and knee drops. Students will also learn more dynamic skills like beats and multi-directional drops. Conditioning and choreography will also help students build endurance in the air. 

Students should have completed 102-level sling classes or have instructor permission.
