Come on up to the HIGH trapeze bar! Static trapeze is the birthplace of modern aerial circus, so come out and see what all the fuss is about.
This workshop will include a shoulder warm-up for hanging from the trapeze, how to invert and mount the trapeze while hanging, an introduction to trapeze beats, standing on the bar, inverting in the ropes, and trapeze-specific conditioning.
This workshop is for students 102 and higher, as we will be on the high static trapeze bar. Limited to 5 per workshop.
