Beginner's Guide to Contortion
Start learning the tools of a contortionist in this 90-minute workshop! This workshop will cover contortion foundations like bridges and backbends, how to train splits, and forward pretzel bends. Like an intense yoga class, we'll work on building strength in your flexibility.
