Class length
60 minutes

This 60-minute full-body flexibility class will include pike folds, backbends, straddles, twists, and splits and will utilize a combination of active flexibility and passive flexibility.

This class requires a minimum of 2 participants. If there are less than 2 participants 12 hours prior to the class time, it will be canceled and any reservations refunded or added as class credit.
