This class is open to brand new beginners and more experienced practitioners.
Foundations of L-base and standing partner acrobatics and spotting will be covered for beginners and new sequences and flows will be introduced to those looking to expand their practice.
A partner is not required; only enthusiasm and willingness to work with fellow students of varying skill levels.
