Open gym is an open training time for current and active students to practice skills, do conditioning, and work on choreography.

Students are not allowed to skillshare with other students during this time or learn new skills from social media. The instructor will not be teaching new skills. Students can ask questions about skills they have learned in classes or private lessons. 

All students must use a mat at all times. 

Masks are optional at this point.
